I don`t know about you but I love to work multiple layers onto an outfit while still revealing some skin. My first approach to fall would be winter on top and summer on the bottom. When it comes to fashion I`m all about drama. That`s why there`s still summer on my feet (that`s also why I caught a cold…I`m just joking) . If you would like to try this look here are some suggestions:
• a big chunky sweater worn with a mini skirt and a pair of skinny pants
• a shirtdress under a sweatshirt with a jacket over the shoulders
• a long slip dress teamed with a pair of cropped pants and a heavy coat on top
The possibilities are endless but I think you get the idea. The key to this look is allowing the layers to sort of fade away…so you`ll have to show some leg. Even if it`s just the ankle. *Don`t forget you can always add a beanie…to anything.
This outfit was my way of saying goodbye to slide sandals in the nicest way possible. (Unless I want to try socks and slides…I`m kidding! That would be too much…even for me).
I`m wearing a Zara sweater, Zara skinny leather pants, Esprit slide sandals and half of a self-designed skirt. There`s another piece to this skirt, a simple mini one…that goes underneath. So it can be worn two ways. You can see the entire piece of work here.
